Catherine is an experienced business lawyer with over a decade of practice. At Kharis, she oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to the firm’s investment activities. She provides strategic legal guidance on transactional matters, while also supporting Kharis Capital’s portfolio companies.
Before joining Kharis Capital in 2025, Catherine spent over six years as an M&A lawyer at Cargill, advising on complex cross-border transactions. She began her career at top-tier international law firms in Brussels and London.
Catherine holds a Master in Law from the Catholic University of Leuven, a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
