Prior to joining Kharis Capital in 2025, Marina worked at Capdesia where she helped build the firm from its early stages, leading investments in four major UK restaurant brands and driving their expansion to nearly 300 locations. Previously at KKR London, she executed new investments and supported portfolio companies in accessing capital. She began her career in Leveraged Finance at Commerzbank, advising on numerous European mid-market buyouts.
A graduate of ESCP Europe andmultilingual, she regularly teaches and mentors students at top European universities and business schools. Her global mindset and proven ability to unlock growth make her a perfect fit with Kharis’s hand-on platform-building approach.
