Victoire is Senior Developer at Kharis Capital and she will take the lead of new innovative investment platforms in the food and service sectors, focused on advancing health, wellness, and longevity.
Prior to joining Kharis Capital in 2025, Victoire has 15+ years advising investors and management teams across food, e-commerce,and sustainability, she has invested in innovative consumer brands at Verlinvest, led strategic acquisitions and integrations at Ecotone, Europe’s leading organic food group, served as CFO of a Series A venture eliminating plastic bottle waste, and co-led an Article 9 growth equity fund at Lombard Odier dedicated to combating plastic pollution.
