The objective was to help expand the Livspace footprint across India and to enter the Singapore market. The company continues to grow across geographies and gain market share.

QRSP is a food industry platform that grew from Kharis Capital’s diversified portfolio of strong brands in the quick-service restaurant industry, including Burger King, Quick, O’Tacos and NORDSEE. At its launch, the platform had system-wide sales of around 1bn euros, over 1000 restaurants, 6500 employees, more than 200 franchise partners, and restaurants across seven European countries. QRSP offers investors diversified exposure to the highly resilient food service industry.

AMERICAN CHAIN OF FAST FOOD HAMBURGER RESTAURANTS

In 2015, Kharis Capital became master franchisee of Burger King across Poland and Italy, taking control of an existing restaurant network of more than 130 restaurants. Kharis later acquired the master franchise rights for Luxembourg and Belgium, one of the very few markets where Burger King had no prior presence.
